Mike founded Agile Clarity in 1984, since then he has worked on a wide range of projects squeezed in between periods of permanent employment in Senior IT Management roles with Shell Group, AMEC, Wimpey, Jarvis, the Home Office and Ministry of Justice.

Previously heading up the technology team for a UK software provider Ben founded his own ISV in 2010, he brings over 19 years experience project managing software solutions in use by tens of thousands of users at organisations including the U.N., the world's largest distiller, the UK's top three hire companies and a London Borough.

Working in strategy consulting in the City of London, Jen was involved in a wide range of value-add projects, from market opportunity analysis to systems design, for some of the world's largest financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Standard Chartered and ICAP. She joined AC in 2016.

A Master of Mathematics (Oxford University) combined with a Phd in Mathematics, Combinatorics and Cryptography and over 17 years experience working for organisations such as UniCredit, SuperDerivatives and IHS Markit (Associate Director) Robin brings his deep technical expertise in computing, cryptography, risk and finance to AC as our CTO.

She then joined the Institute of Chartered Accountants as the lead UX researcher. She brings a wealth of expertise in both quantitative and qualitative UX methodologies.
